Xaviercal is at it again creating killer G1 customs and he has gone big this time! Paying homage to the classic Protectobots is his Custom Transformers Generations Combiner Wars G1 Defensor. Adding new feet and articulated hands, Defensor resembles the 1980's version with one small twist. You might notice a new member on the right leg. Rook is his name and Xaviercal used a SWAT vehicle and painted the figure accordingly, breaking up the classic red, white and blue color scheme. Even with adding a new figure into the mix, he still retains the look and feel of the figure by attaching the motorcycle to the SWAT vehicle in combiner mode, retaining the original design of Defensor while giving him a fresh new look.
I love when customizers take their own liberties with paint choices and colors as it makes the design uniquely their own. The individual figures look just as good in both robot and alternate modes. Xaviercal's work is top notch so don't miss out on his Defensor Custom Transformers Generations Combiner Wars G1 Figure.
Metroplex dwarfs other bots in comparison and living up to his role as the living embodiment of Autobot City is Xaviercal's Custom Transformers G1 Metroplex figure. Completely repainting in the classic G1 color scheme, Metroplex is painted and detailed in a very unique way. This figure looks like it has seen many a war and lived to tell about it with the massive amounts of scoring and grunge that is infused into him. Most of the customs I see are pristine versions of a repaint or a sculpted version of a figure that is a million times better than what you can get off the shelf but rarely to do you this level of battle damage. My favorite part of this customs is the cracked chest piece and the shattered look and feel overall. Xaviercal is one of the best in the business so check out his Custom Transformers G1 Metroplex figure before it is too late!
Growing up in the 80’s, I had most of the Transformers toys and there was always something that bothered me about the G1 Megatron! After seeing Xaviercal’s Custom Transformers IDW Megatron figure, I think I have figured it out! The 80’s Megatron is not bulky or massive enough. Xaviercal has fixed this issue with one of the best Megatron’s I have seen of late. He gave Megatron such much needed additions to bulk up his legs and shoulders. Giving him a new fusion cannon and and a tank barrel to resembler his Walther P38 appearance in robot mode cements the look! Interesting to see that he chose to go with a dark gray color scheme but it works surprisingly well! There are also very subtle aspects of the figure that you might notice. For example, instead of using a purple Decepticon symbol, he chose to go with a metallic gray symbol that almost fades into the background.
According to the Transformers Wiki, Bludgeon is a ferocious warrior, skilled in the ancient Cybertronian martial art of Metallikato. He and his blade can cut through the battlefield as if everyone else is operating at a minimal speed setting. Xaviercal has captured his G1 samuria look with an updated Transformers movie feel with his Custom Transformers Leader Class Bludgeon Figure. The colors that were used really highlight the and accentuate the figure, defining the individual sections. For example, the chest plate really pops and the mix of metalic colors in in all the right places give the figure its robotic look and feel. Here is more about how the custom was created:
"Bludgeon is a complete build from using spare limbs from a DMK Optimus. The rest was built from using ROTF Bludgeon and leader class optimus. I wanted to do with a bare robot skeleton look for Bludgeon, to have that creepy but yet awesome look to him. He is aimed with a sword and small dagger both of which can store on his back. He also aimed with his Tank turret on his arm which resembles his original pretender"
Xaviercal has outdone himself this week. Not only has he created a fully transformable massive figure but he also added a sibling to the Transformers Universe with his Custom Transformers Grand Maximus G1 city. Standing taller than the Generations Metroplex at 24" (that is two feet for those who are metrically disadvantaged), Grand Maximus contains a killer paint app as well as loads of articulation. The paint app is stellar and the way it was crafted brings out the weathering detail you would expect from a humongous Autobot city. Here is more from Xaviercal himself:
Grand Maximus has being made by using a brand new Fortress Maximus, This Grand Maximus custom has being customized to include articulation for his knees, neck, shoulders , arms and new articulated hands and fingers. He stands very stable with his own two feet. Standing taller then generations Metroplex at actual 24" height, He stand taller then the new generation Metroplex (please note that Genernation Metroplex photo are only for reference only not included in this auction). Grand Maximus has being painted based off his cartoon appearance but with a modern realistic color schemes and tones and it being weather effects for the appearance to make him look huge and an massive robot.

I am always a sucker for a meticulously detailed custom and Xaviercal continues to deliver high quality customs that simply make me drool. Take his Custom Masterpiece Transformers Optimus Prime figure, for example. Xaviercal mentioned that he gave Optimus a realistic appearance and he was not kidding! The plastic is painted to look like real metal and fine details on this figure can't be overlooked. He gave the leader of the Autobots a very gritty, automotive feel to him from head to toe. No nook and cranny was overlooked. Even went as far as applying some rub details to the tips of the feet as well as making his windshield look all grimy as if the windows had not been cleaned in a while. If you are looking for someone to lead your Autobots to battle, I would highly consider Xaviercal's Custom Masterpiece Transformers Optimus Prime figure as this ranks very high on my list of Optimus Prime figures. Don't let this one get away!
Xaviercal, using the Generations Metroplex, created this Custom Generation 1 Metrotitan Decepticon figure. This figure is right up my ally! I am not sure if you know but I took up Astrophotography as a hobby and this figure reminded me of that. Constructed on Saturn's moon Titan, Metrotitan is a massive Decepticon warrior, commanded by the villainous Violen Jygar to destroy the Autobots. The paint app really pops on this figure, bringing out all of the detail. The metallic look to the figure gives it a very polished look. The small details really make this figure come together. For example, the choice to place gray on the knuckles or adding red accents on the knees give this figure depth and dimension and make it very interesting. To view more photos or to place a bid on this great figure, head over to eBay to check out Xaviercal's Custom Generation 1 Metrotitan Decepticon figure.
There have been some excellent Fall of Cybertron customs lately and Xaviercal's Custom Fall of Cybertron Bruticus is no exception. Making this figure to look like the appearance in the video game, the Combaticons have an cool angular appearance and the colors are really vibrant and pop. My two favorite parts of this customs are the hands, which look very articulated, and the chest plate as the way it was painted makes it look like steel. In fact, the entire paint job looks amazing and Xaviercal's talent in this department is second to none.
Giving a much needed facelift to an Autobot Triple Changer, Xaviercal has applied his talent and gave an IDW and G1 feel to his Custom Transformers Wrecker Sandstorm figure. Giving a metallic look and feel to the figure pays homage to the Generation 1 figure with the coloring and styling. In the original Voyager Class figure, the colors are a bit bright for my tastes which mutes the details in the overall figure but Xaviercal has found a way to bring out the features and make this figure better than the original. The addition of the metallic dark silver accents are a welcome addition to the figure. To view more photos, check out Xaviercal's Custom Transformers Wrecker Sandstorm figure!
Xaviercal's Custom Optimus Prime Speaker Tower is living large! This one is a first for me as we don't see Transformers to this scale but Optimus stands a glorious 3 feet tall plus and instead of transforming into his classic G1 big rig, this leader of the Autobots was turned into a booming speaker system. You can get a great sense of the scale by comparing it to the Transformers movie Optimus in the photo. This thing is HUGE! If your wife/girlfriend or significant other has an issue with you displaying your collection in the home, just tell them that you bought a speaker for the family room and display this Custom Optimus Prime Speaker Tower loud and proud! You can check out more photos and see the LED's in action by heading over to Xaviercal's item page.
Ever wonder the effort it takes to make a custom but were too afraid to ask? AFC interviews Xaviercal to find out more about his Custom Transformers Masterpiece Soundblaster figure:
AFC: What is the custom you have up for sale on eBay this week?
Xaviercal: Well this week I will have a inspired Masterpiece G1 Soundblaster custom from the Headmasters cartoon series.
AFC: How was this figure made?
Xaviercal: This figure was a MP-13 Takara Soundwave, repainted using ,metallic black & red both from Tamiya Color as well as a bit of custom blending to give Soundblaster a very nice look such as a Henkei figure but not overdone that It could fit with other stock Masterpiece and Customs. As painting techniques goes, one big step that is mainly key factor is the disassemble to every little bit and cleaning each piece from stock paint or else the new paint might react to it and well come out terrible or everything will need to redone. The key is always to take time in preparation in cleaning the figures especially if you are going for a clean look.
AFC: How many hours did it take you to create this figure?
Xaviercal: Hmm I would guess with taking it apart, cleaning it, painting, masking, paint some more, wait for it to dry, putting it back together and final taking photos of it, would say a good 48 hours about. It is hard to keep track, especially with other projects going on at the same time.
AFC: What inspired you to create this custom?
Xaviercal: Well had come across a MP Soundwave and thought about doing a Normal Soundwave but why not Soundblaster? Actually now that I think about it, I hardly see any Soundblasters around, but yes he has a cool color scheme, black with red with some blue in it.
AFC: Is there any other interesting information about the process of making this custom that you would like to share with your fans?
Xaviercal: Well there are sometimes design changes that happen at the last minute. For example, I painted Soundblaster's chest a translucent red; however when it came to the photos, his chest was too dark to tell it was red so I went back to repaint it a solid red now, which now has better impact in the overall design.
Go big or go home! Xaviercal is taking that mantra to heart with his Custom Transformers WFC Omega Supreme figure. Striving for a game accurate War for Cybertron color scheme, Xaviercal has gone above and beyond and created this figure with more detail than the actual game. Here is some background on the figure from his creator:
"War for Cybertron Omega Supreme has being created by Planet X's PX-01 Genesis. Planet X's PX-01 Genesis: it one of best figure in personal view; is one of the most detailed and very accurate especially for its size and weight. This figure has more detail then the actual video game model. Omega transforms into a space craft as seen in the video game but also a secret base mode as well that represents G1 Omega launching rocket pad. I have taken him completely apart every limb and section for the preparation for paint... I have completely repainted him inside and out to more game accurate colors scheme, and keeping with his video game feel of War for Cybertron. Everything has being detailed painted and extend panel lining into the red veins or black depending on the pieces. He is an amazing figure full of fun and is an awesome piece to any collection."
The colors on this figure truly make it a work of art. You can tell that Xaviercal takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He has even gone as far as filling in tiny paint details in some of the smaller groves of the figure, which bring out the richness and depth makes the figure pop! There are more detailed photos on his auction page so head over to eBay and check out this amazing Custom Transformers WFC Omega Supreme figure.
Looks like someone is trying to offload one of Xaviercal's coolest customs on eBay this week! This Custom Transformers Ultimate Ironhide in Leader Class scale. Irohide is a master of weaponology and this rendition of the figure really pays homage to the kick ass nature of the Autobot who got little airtime in the movies for how cool he is. Eighteen LED lights adorn this amazing figure, which are located in the Head, Headlights, fog lights, cab lights, stock guns, and 3rd part weapons, to name a few. The paint app is impressive and really highlights the metallic looking parts on a plastic figure. Not only does the figure look intimidating in robot mode, but it looks just as cool in vehicle mode! To view more detailed photos of Xaviercal's Custom Transformers Ultimate Ironhide, head over to eBay!
Inspired by the Fall of Cybertron box art from San Diego Comic Con, Xaviercal has created this stunning action masters style Custom Transformers FOC Bruticus figure. What drew me to this figure was the sharp lines and vibrant colors. Looking at in game screenshots, art work and trailers, Xaviercal has translated the fluid movement in the game and used this to articulate the figure. Here is more about this great figure from Xaviercal himself:
"The inspired for custom FOC Bruticus came from the box art that appears on the SDCC FOC Bruticus set. I wanted to aim for what appears on the box art. I want to recreate that fantasy art work. Make the art work come alive in this custom FOC Bruticus figure. Further more it should had being the FOC Bruticus we should have gotten. Custom FOC Bruticus doesn’t not transform into individual robots or any other form. It an intake figure that stays as FOC Bruticus. He is filled with tons of articulation and details. Allot attention and time has being put in to make this amazing figure..."

Giving this giant of the an Autobot a fresh, updated look, Xaviercal has created a killer Custom Transformers Generations Omega Supreme figure. By combining the best of the Energon and G1 Omega Supreme's, the overall look is a more modern version of this gentle robot. In order to achieve the look that he wanted, transformation has been sacrificed thus turning Omega into an Action Masters version. The dark colors play very well off the yellows and oranges, giving the figure a strikingly different look than we are used to seeing. To top it off, he also sculpted the head and put a ball joint on it. I also thought it was a great idea to make the tracks blend in with the overall figure! More detailed photos can be found over on eBay so head over and check out this amazing Custom Transformers Generations Omega Supreme figure.
Call them the dynamic duo! From the fascinating, colorful and throbbing city of Bangkok, Thailand to the roaring shores and sun bleached state of California, TB Productions and Xaviercal have teamed up once again to bring you this Supreme Class Custom Transformers Tripticon figure. Working on the custom detailing, Xaviercal added new, detailed arms, extended the legs, added much needed articulation. Adding the Accented with purple, turquoise, gold, silver, and yellow, and his signature shading, TB productions had a great canvas to work with and the finished product looks fantastic. I have said this before but when customizers team up, they can make some really great figures come to life and this Supreme Class Custom Transformers Tripticon figure is another example of putting two great minds together to produce something fans will go nuts over!
Hot off the heals of his Custom Shattered Glass Devastator comes Xaviercal's TFC Hercules Custom Transformers Devastator in a Generation One color scheme. Using the 3rd Party Transformer as the base for the figure, the classic nature of the G1 yellow-green paint app really shines through. One welcome addition to the color palette is the use of purple on various parts of the individual figures. For example, on Mixmaster's cement mixer and Bonecrusher's bulldozer front end. The addition of the color purple help to break of the overbearing green that the typical Devastator radiates. In addition to the awesome paint app, Xaviercal has also created a G1 inspired gun for his Custom Transformers Devastator so head over to eBay to take a peak at this homage one of the greatest combiners!
The Shattered Glass concept is the mirrored universe where the bad guys are good, the good guys are bad, and everyone has different paint schemes. Xaviercal, using the TFC Toys Hercules set, has added another character to this bizarro world with his Custom Shattered Glass Devestator combiner. The original G1 Devastator had a lovely lime green color scheme. Contrast this with Xaviercal's red and white paint app with red Decepticon symbols and you have a recipe for some Shattered Glass greatness. The red and white scheme is traditionally an Autobot flavor, which makes this custom work so well. So well, in fact, that it is based off of the Shattered Glass comic version. To view more photos, head over to eBay and check out Xaviercal's Custom Shattered Glass Devestator combiner.
Standing at an impressive 15" tall, TB-Production & XavierCal team up to give you this Metroplex Custom G1 Transformers Supreme Class figure. I love when customizers put their heads together because you are guaranteed a superb figure when it is all said and done. The construction of the figure was done by Xaviercal and he has done a fantastic job at placing articulation where needed and replicating and scaling the large parts needed to pull off a Metroplex custom. The arms and mid torso are my favorite parts of this custom. TB-Productions put on the finishing touches to this great piece by applying multiple shades of white and gray overall and black and gray to achieve a steel like effect. This is one of the best Metroplex customs I have seen to date so if you want to see more, head over to eBay and check out TB-Productions and Xaviercal's Metroplex Custom G1 Transformers Supreme Class figure today!
The minibots were the mainstay of many G1 Transformers collections. My friends and I had many of them and my guess is, looking back, they were much less expensive than the larger figures so parents were more apt to buy them. Beachcomber was one of those minibots that I had as a kid and Xaviercal has created a more update version of this minibot from a DOTM Sandstorm figure with his Custom Transformers Dark of the Moon Beachcomber figure. The basics Sandstorm figure was the perfect base for this custom and with the addition of the G1 style blues and silvers, and a modified head, Xaviercal payed a nice homage to this little minibot. You will also notice that Beachcomber also has a golden hand, which, if you are a fan of the G1 cartoon, is from an episode where Beachcomber found a golden lagoon full of electrum, a naturally-occurring element which would make any Transformer impervious to harm. After dipping his hand into the lagoon, it turned completely gold in color, which he hid from his fellow Autobots,
Tapping into the evil bizzaro world of the alternate universe of the Transformers where good guys are evil, Xaviercal takes on this Custom Masterpiece Shattered Glass Transformers Rodimus Prime figure. This version of Rodimus works well as a Shattered Glass figure as the trailer doubles as a gun turret so Rodimus can do his evil deeds. Just like in the original Rodimus figure, the shattered glass designs are consistent between the hood of the car and trailer. I like the fact that the pipes on the trailer are muted in a matted silver finish rather than a chrome as it goes better with the overall look of the figure. The figure looks equally as great in robot mode with Rodimus sporting his signature evil goatee! You can view more photos of Xaviercal's Masterpiece Shattered Glass Transformers Rodimus Prime figure over on eBay!
Designed to resemble the G1 cartoon figure from the 80's, Xaviercal has created this very cool Action Masters Custom Transformers G1 Devastator figure. This figure stands a gargantuan 17" inches tall, which is almost a foot and a half of Devastator goodness. Capturing the G1 coloring and styling of the cartoon figure, Xaviercal has made this figure in Action Masters style, meaning that the individual Contructicons do not transform and separate from the figure.
A couple of features I really like about Xaviercal's Devastator is the streamlined chest armor, which gives the figure a more unique and slim look to it. A great design choice was to make the bulk of the armor in the center of the chest piece, which achieved a more subdued, but overall effective, look to the armor piece. I always thought that the original G1 Devastator's armor piece was a bit too large for the figure. The second feature that I like is the blaster that Devastator is toting around so you know that this Decepticon means business! To view more photos of Xaviercal's Action Masters Custom Transformers G1 Devastator figure, you will find them on eBay!
Xaviercal has added another figure to the Bizarro world of the Shattered Glass Transformers series where good guys are bad guys are good. This Custom Shattered Glass Tracks is made from the recent Transformers Generations figure where he has give this friendly Autobot a G1 Decepticon feel to him, which fits perfectly in the Shattered Glass universe. It is cool how the face is painted the same color as the far as it gives Tracks a feeling that he is trying to hide something. Like his G1 Tracks, he has given this figure the G1 flame decal and a cool paint app to complete the Decepticon look.
Tracks is one of those throwback 1980's Transformers that was a must have in the collection. Xaviercal has taken a Generations figure and turned it into a Generation 1 Tracks figure with some very nice touches. First, the hideous looking flaming hood of the Generations figure has been nicely transformed into the G1 sticker art we loved from the 80's. Also, you will notice a nice red Autobot symbol on the roof of the car, which is set off by the yellow square that ties very nicely into the hood decorations. The paint apps are metallic and darker than the original figure. The figure looks stellar in car mode. For comparison, here is photo I put together showing the Generations Turbo Tracks figure beside Xaviercal's Custom G1 Tracks figure:
Here is a close up of the figure in car mode.
Bringing one of Optimus Prime's seekers to the animated line, Xaviercal has made this great looking Shattered Glass Rodimus Transformers Animated custom. I love the concept of the Shattered Glass series where the good guys are evil and the bad guys are good. Introduced at the 2008 BotCon, the Rodimus figure was one of the best of the series. Xaviercal did an excellent job translating that paint scheme as well as the facial features that set Rodimus apart from his good guy counterpart. The Transformers Animated Blurr was a great figure to use to bring this Shattered Glass Rodimus from comic to life.
Here is how Rodimus is described in this alternate universe: "A member of the villainous and despotic Autobots, and former member af the mercenary team called the Wreckers, Rodimus is a smooth operator. He had a Zappa beard added to his facial superstructure a few cycles back. He feels it makes him look distinguished. He's the Starscream to Optimus Prime's Megatron, seeking to usurp command and turn the Autobots into the greatest mercenary team known to the universe" (source: Teletraan 1).
For those who are not familiar with the Shattered Glass comic, here is how Teltraan 1 describes it:
"Shattered Glass" is the catch-all name for the fictional universe and associated toys begun in conjunction with BotCon 2008. It is a "mirror universe", where the bad guys are good, the good guys are bad, and everyone has different paint schemes. The story is a Transformers take on the old sci-fi warhorse of an evil alternate universe, a concept previously seen in stories such as Star Trek 's Mirror Universe, Superman's Bizarro World and DC comics' Earth-Three."
Xaviercal has many photos on his auction page so head over to eBay and check out his Shattered Glass Rodimus Transformers Animated custom.
There are a couple aspects of the Transformers Human Alliance figures that I like. First, they are doing the more popular figures in Voyager Class scale. Second, these larger figures provide a great canvas for talented customizers like Xaviercal to showcase his skill with this Custom Transformers Human Alliance Jazz in a G1 redeco. This figure pays a grea homage to the Generation 1 classic figure we grew up with with a couple great additions/modifications. You will first notice the hood scoop on the car, which makes the car look meaner in vehicle mode. Also, Xaviercal changed out the hands and also added a ball joint to the head of Jazz to make him more poseable. Check out the figure in robot mode:
It is only a couple months into the new year but Xaviercal has one of my favorite customs of 2010 with his Custom Transformers Omega Supreme scratch built figure. It is one thing to take a figure and do an excellent paint ap on it but to take an amalgamation of transformers parts and turn it into a vision is another thing that transforms into both a robot and vehicle mode. Some of the scratch built Transformers customs I have seen only have one mode but Xaviercal has gone above and beyond with his Omega Supreme. Here is more detail on this great figure:
"This is a one of a kind scratch built Custom Transformer, built from head to toe. He stands roughly about 20 inches (51cm) tall. This custom has been compile with many different generations transformers parts. The main body of Omega Supreme transforms into a Space Shuttle Launcher. The chest and head turns into a mini tank. The legs turn into a Cybertronian Space Shuttle similar to the Autobot Ark. He is fully painted into G1 color scheme and detailed."
The space station mode is breathtaking so head over to eBay and check out Xaviercal's Custom Transformers Omega Supreme scratch built figure.
Xaviercal has a great duo for this week with his Custom Transformers Alerantors Runabout and Runamuck figures. Using the Dodge Viper Sunstreaker as the base for the figure, he has made two G1 classic figures. When I first looked at these figures, one thing that struck me was that the paint application is so smooth and even. Top the figures off with their G1 style heads and you have an up to date Alternators version of two mischievous Decepticons. To check out more photos of these great figures, head over to eBay and check out Xaviercal's Custom Transformers Alerantors Runabout and Runamuck figures.
The Human Alliance line of the new Revenge of the Fallen is an interesting concept that pairs Voyager Class figures with very small figure that fit in the vehicles. Xaviercal has switched up the paint scheme on his Custom Revenge of the Fallen Sideswipe figure from the silver version and has done a fantastic job applying a smooth, showroom metallic red finish. Not only are the paint aps stunning, he also has added a custom pair of blades and fashioned new hands to better hold additional weapons. The legs have also been modified to have more articulation to increase the poseability of the figure. The detailing on the head is very intricate and you can view this and more of the photos by heading over to eBay and checking out Xaviercal's Custom Revenge of the Fallen Sideswipe figure.
There is something nostalgic about the G1 Devastator color scheme. Maybe it is because I remember crying myself to sleep on the floor of my parents bedroom when I was a little kid because they would not take me the toy store to get one but that is beside the point. It also could be because it was just a cool combiner that we all grew up with so I am going with that for now. Xaviercal captured this feeling with his Custom Revenge of the Fallen Generation 1 Devastator figure. I love the one unifying color scheme of this figure. The original figure has way too many colors, which mutes the overall look but Xaviercal has managed to capture that 1980's classic nature while applying a consistent color pallet that makes the individual parts stand out. This is a great figure and if you want to check out more photos, head over to eBay and check out Xaviercal's Revenge of the Fallen Generation 1 Devastator figure.
Kickin it old school, Xaviercal has given the Revenge of the Fallen Ratchet and Bumblebee a classic look with his Custom Revenge of the Fallen G1 Inferno and Ratchet figures. Ratchet has been given a makeover with an Inferno red paint ap and styling while Bumblebee has been given a Red Alert transformation with trademark fire department logos and lights. I love these types of crossovers and want to see more from the custom community so bring on the G1 and ROTF crossovers! If you want to see more photos, head over to eBay and check out Xaviercal's Custom Revenge of the Fallen G1 Inferno and Ratchet figures.
Xaviercal is kickin' it G1 style with his Custom Revenge of the Fallen Megatron in Generation 1 color scheme. The way he painted this figure makes the parts stand out. For example, the tank treads and the gun are so muted in the original figure because everything is the same color. By adding black, red, and gold accents to the figure, it helps to bring out the classic nature of the figure and remind us of the Megatron that we grew up with. The red accents really define the sections of the figure and call attention to the arms and legs. You will also notice the absence of the toothpick arm on the original figure as he gave Megatron two new arms, which go well with the figure and make Megatron more menacing as he looked kind of pathetic with a thin arm. If you want to check out more photos, head over to eBay and see Xaviercal's Custom Revenge of the Fallen Megatron figure.
Xaviercal has taken a Masterpiece Prime figure and turned him into a badass with his Custom Masterpiece Scale Nemesis Prime Transformers figure. This figure is packing heat and even has custom smokestacks to add that extra level of detail and villainy. Let's read more about this figure from Xaviercal himself:
"Inspired by the truck in the movie Deathrace the tanker of Nemesis has HUGE cannon on the back and double mini guns on the front. Nemesis has a new pair of smokestacks to make him look more evil looking. But that’s not all ,even nemesis has to take a break sometime!!! So he has a throne made from an alternator parts and armada prime, some random parts and a wheel from a RC truck and to go with the throne nemesis has a staff from the heads of fallen transformers including Megatron, Shockwave, Optimus prime, and a movie Starscream. All of these are custom painted and detailed"
The thrown is a cool effect and I like the black paint on the oil tanker. I was never a fan of a chrome tanker so this is a great change. The figure looks awesome in truck mode towing the suped up tanker so if you want to see that mode, head over to eBay and check out Xaviercal's Custom Masterpiece Scale Nemesis Prime Transformers figure.
Let the Revenge of the Fallen customs begin! There are a couple things that I love when a new movie comes out! First, we get to see a whole new line of toys from the creators at the toy companies and, second, we get to see the awesome customs from creative people like Xaviercal with his Custom G1 Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Tracks figure. Retaining the classic blue and the firebird symbol on the hood, this figure, made from a ROTF Sideswipe, is a great canvas for Tracks. I am looking forward to the many ROTF customs to come and I have a feeling that there will be too many to keep up with so make sure you also check out the Transformers section as well to keep up with the latest.
Xaviercal is back with a Generation 1 custom that is a mix of current and classic form and function. His Custom Transformers Alternators Hoist is a great combination of the old (orange crane, green paint aps) and the new (Dodge Ram pickup as the base figure. Xaviercal is a great Alternators customizer and I love the way he is making the line into the classic G1 style. To view more photos or place on his Custom Transformers Alternators Hoist, head over to eBay.
I can't get enough of combiners and Xaviercal has a one of my favorites up on eBay this week. His Custom Transformers G1 Menasor figure is very well done and ranks very high in my mind with one of the best I have seen. The design is very simple and I like that he did not go overboard with trying to make this custom have too many bells and whistles. I like the fact that he used the windows on Motormaster as it keeps the figure from being bulky. The colors on the figure are reminiscent of the G1 classic so head over to eBay and check out more photos of Xaviercal's Custom Transformers G1 Menasor figure.
Xaviercal has taken Rollbar, an Alternator, and turned him into a Generation 1 classic that is the minibot Beachcomber that we all know and love. I love the direction he took with his Custom Transformers Beachcomber as he did an excellent job with the modifications. For example, he added larger buggy tires and a different front grill. The G1 Beachcomber blue seals the classic nature of the figure and rounds out another great custom from Xaviercal. If you are into the Alternators line, head over to eBay and check out this awesome Custom Transformers Beachcomber figure.
For all you Transformers Alternator fans out there, XavierCal has made some familiar faces and added them to the line of diecast Decepticons with his Custom Transformers Alternators Seekers Starscream Thundercracker & Skywarp figures. In the Alternators world, there are no jets so XavierCal has filled a big gap in the line by providing fans a chance to own these classic Decepticons by replicating them from the Battle Ravage and Tracks Alternator Corvette molds. What a fitting car to model the seeker jets after. I picture them tearing down the streets in a 100% American muscle car. Head over to eBay to view what they look like in vehicle mode!
Xaviercal adds another seeker jet to the line up with his Custom Transformers Animated Thundercracker figure. The styling harkins back to the 80's with the G1 color scheme. Xaviercal nailed the G1 color blue of the classic figure and the way the figure was painted really brings out the detail in the various parts. I like the use of silver on the arms and the feet. I would like to welcome Xaviercal to the biz and wish him luck in his future endeavors and if this figure is a taste of what's to come, I can't wait to see more so head over to eBay and check out his Custom Transformers Animated Thundercracker figure.
